Application Usage:

To use the application, you must create an account. You undertake to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify DailyWash immediately.

Payments:

The application provides multiple payment options for booking delivery orders. You undertake to pay all fees and costs associated with your reservations. All payments made through the application are secure and reliable. DailyWash reserves the right to change fees and payment options at any time.

intellectual property:

The App and all content, features and functionality available on it are owned by DailyWash and are protected by intellectual property or other proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the materials available on the Application, except under the following indication:

• Your device may temporarily store copies of these materials in random memory for the purpose of accessing and viewing them.
• You can store files that are automatically stored for display enhancement purposes.
•  You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Application for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for duplication, publication or other distribution.

The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DailyWash makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Application or the information, content, materials or products included in the Application. You expressly agree that your use of the Application is at Your own responsibility.

DailyWash shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the application, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
